The first thing that pops in the eye is the composition which is very nice, I really like that you have a focus point at the bottom of the picture and the "ghostiness" comes after that, maybe a slight smoother blurring (it's almost 1/3 sharp and 2/3 blur so that you can see the line in between the two) would've done a greater impact but nevertheless, this is a beautiful shot!
